Welcome to Dimako / Trailsails (referred to as the "Company"), a company registered in Denmark under CVR number 34358516. By using our website www.trailsails.com and purchasing our travel adventures, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services, so please read them carefully before making any booking.
“Company” refers to Dimako / Trailsails, the legal entity providing the travel adventure services.
“Customer” refers to the individual or entity making a purchase from our website.
“Services” refer to travel adventures, tours, and experiences sold on our platform.
“Booking” refers to the contract established when a customer confirms and pays for a travel adventure.
Bookings are made online via our website using Stripe as the payment gateway. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your travel adventure.
At the time of booking, the Customer is required to pay 50% of the total booking amount as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in full by 90 days before the travel date.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the 50% deposit is non-refundable, even if the booking is later canceled by the Customer.
